Berkshire Powder Coatings has designed is plant specifically around its conservation of energy, which benefits the environment as well as our customers from the lower costs of day to day operation, part of this system involves a new system of heat recovery and preservation of heat with new levels of high tech insulation to our ovens. Heat energy is now transferred from our curing ovens to heat both our dry off ovens and supplement our pre-treatment heating process to utilise otherwise wasted heat that would conventionally be lost from our curing process on typical powder plant.
