Berkshire Powder Coatings has invested heavily in cutting edge coating technology and utilizes brand new on line powder coating systems installed August 2016, On line coating means all process are carried out on a moving single track, providing “End to end” processing of all components to be coated, allowing the components to be hung once and pass through all the different processes and not touched until it has been fully coated and cured at the end of the process. This reduces the chances of contamination, or damage and ensures above all else that every product no matter what time of the day it is processed, will be as consistent to the first product.
